Modern Harmony 

A fully bespoke two-story private residence in Kiti, Larnaka, designed and developed by our studio from initial concept through to final visualization. The project encompasses complete architectural planning, interior design, material selection, and 3D spatial development. Emphasis was placed on creating a cohesive living environment that balances warm natural textures, clean contemporary lines, and functional comfort. Carefully curated lighting design, custom furniture layouts, and refined material palettes work together to enhance spatial flow and everyday living quality, resulting in a timeless modern home tailored entirely to the client’s lifestyle.
